Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide proof in the form of a video recorded while unboxing the package. This video must clearly show the condition of the item as it was received.
In such cases, you can contact us at backdropimperiaofficial@gmail.com with the video and your order details. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a return or refund.
No Refunds or Returns Without Video Proof
Please note that without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process any returns or refunds. Additionally, returns or refunds will not be granted for:
- Items that are not damaged or defective.
- Items received without proper video evidence during unboxing.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved based on the unboxing video, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
